The Pigeon's Flight

Ayan came to her crying. Asha wondered why the toddler was bawling so loudly all of a sudden. He began to pull her, wanting to take her somewhere.

She wondered where he wanted to go. Ayan took her to the window and said “kabbu no fly”. Asha saw a pigeon struggling to get free from the mosquito net.

She slowly help the bird free. That brought a smile to Ayan’s face. The pigeon slowly but surely took the first steps to the edge and flew away.

That made Ayan smile again and he clapped in glee “kabbu fly wah wah”. Asha smiled, looking at the happiness of the boy at the Pigeon’s Flight.
