I was tagged by Gauravi to write this post.
Recently Nidhi asked us all a very important question, Why do you write? And I figured, there are so many reasons to write. You can see the responses of some really wonderful women in the post Why Women Write?
So why do I write? I write because it is my favourite form of expression. It is much easier to write what I feel rather than say. I write because it is my passion.I write because I can write and it took me three decades to figure it out. I write to share my story with the world. It makes the world less lonely. I write to connect with people like me and the ones who are not alike. I write so that people read.
I write because I am a writer. When I started this blog, it was just a place to vent and share. I guess that is how everyone starts out. Now it is still that place, but has grown more into a professional writer’s space. And it is still growing. Because we all need to learn and grow. We decide the levels of growth and we climb up one step at a time, grow one level at a time.
I write because I want to grow.
So why do you write?
I want to take my blog to the next level with Blogchatter
I now tag Aniruddha to write his take on the topic.
